Target Audience: Staff who are taking on the role of Complaints Champion
These briefing sessions are for Complaints Champions and will focus on the University’s Complaints Handling Procedure and their role in it. These sessions will run for a maximum of 90 mins and will consist of a briefing on the role of a Complaints Champion, the Complaints Handling Procedure, handling of frontline complaints and the mechanism for recording complaints. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
