Alexander Technique teaches you how to live in tune with your own body.

It has proven particularly effective for dealing with backpain and postural issues, but is just as useful as a means to breathe, move, sit and stand with more ease.

This workshop will explore a range of ways in which people can pay more attention to themselves while doing day-to-day activities, and consequently enjoy using the immediate feedback offered by their own bodies. It will also offer advice on how to avoid the discomfort that sometimes results from the most routine of activities.
