You don’t need to CHANGE yourself.

You need to COME HOME to yourself.

That changes EVERYTHING” (Dr John Scherer).

Taylor Clarke is delighted to be offering this 2hr introductory workshop on Dr John Scherer’s 5 powerful and transformative questions designed to lead you ‘home to self’, which is where your best and most authentic leadership comes from:

Q#1 What CONFRONTS you?

Q#2 What are you BRINGING?

Q#3 What’s RUNNING you?

Q#4 What’s CALLING you?

Q#5 What will UNLEASH you?

In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to actively explore the first two questions: to identify a tiger situation you are facing in your leadership, namely something that you would prefer to turn and run from, and to consider what you’re bringing to that situation or issue. You will also get to hear more about how the 5 questions have the power to transform your leadership and equip you to work with greater purpose, passion and peace.

What you can expect:

· A chance to hear about a unique and transformational approach to developing yourself and your leadership

· A space to think about the ‘tigers’ in your leadership and to consider what makes those particular issues a tiger for you

· An opportunity to hear from and talk with fellow female leaders about some of the tigers they’re facing
