This 20 minute video will be of interest to all Staff who are involved in the ADR process as either a reviewer or reviewee. The video will look at using the SMART acronym in setting objectives for both work and development.
By the end of this session you will have:
- An understanding of the ADR process
- Gained an understanding of what a SMART objective is
- Looked at examples of objectives
