This module enables you to engage with the professional and theoretical underpinnings and political drivers of national developments in research and research supervision in Higher Education in the UK.
This is an online asynchronous class and there are no face-to-face class meetings. Please log in to the Myplace class for full details.
- The first segment focuses on conceptions of supervision and critical reflections
- The second segment of SUPERVISING POSTGRADUADE RESEARCH is concerned with some aspects of being a supervisor
- The third segment is concerned with the realities of supervision
- The fourth and final segment considers academic writing and PGR degree examination.
