This session will explore ‘Assessment for Learning’, how this fits with Strathclyde Assessment and Feedback policy, and review specific examples of approaches based on this model. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on how this model might be implemented in their own discipline as a basis for enhancing the quality of both assessment and feedback.
- Review and discuss ‘Assessment for Learning’, and how this relates to University policy;
- Reflect on how Assessment for Learning might be implemented in the disciplines; and
- Describe how Assessment for Learning can be used to enhance the quality of feedback.
