Target Audience: Departmental Timetable Coordinators

During the the session we will demonstrate how to allocate students to activities to provide students with individual student timetables.  We will discuss how to check for student clashes and see student availability based on full cohort activity. We will work primaily in Syllabus Plus and introduce Enterprise course planner and Report Manager for viewing student allocations.

You will also have the opportunity to ask a member of the team specific questions about your department's student allocations.

Prerequisites

For Departmental Timetable Coordinators. You must be fully trained on the use of the Timetabling software. Please print off the relevant Step by Step guides and bring them along with you to the session.
