Target Audience: Staff who are involved in learning and teaching within the university
Technology-enhanced methods are increasingly an expectation of students in higher education, and can provide a great deal of support in enhancing the student experience. This session explores ways in which technology might be used to enhance feedback. This will include the use of audio feedback, polling software, and clicker technology.
Case studies will be presented so that experiences can be shared and ongoing support networks established.
Through participating in this workshop participants will be able to,
Review university assessment and feedback policy as it relates to feedback;
Explore how technology might be used to enhance feedback in their own disciplinary context; and
Design assignments, assessments, and teaching activities that use technology to enhance student feedback.
