Target Audience: Students Postgrad and undergrad
This course will allow you to plot how stressed you really are. Also give you the opportunity to explore the relationship between Anxiety and Stress and most importantly examine the negative and irrational thoughts that are sometimes behind feelings of Anxiety and Stress.
This course will give you practical tools which will help reduce the anxiety and stress you are experiencing along with helpful inventories which allow you to recognise key times throughout your day or week when anxiety and stress are at their worse.
