Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Students Undergraduate and Post Graduate
The programme is run over 4 two hour sessions. During these sessions participants will learn how mindfulness can have an impact on issues of low mood, self image/esteem and motivation.
During each session participants are not expected to talk about their condition, although they will be required to participate as much as possible in the mindfulness practices.
The programme will run on the following dates, please ensure that you can make all of these dates, before signing up to the programme. If you cannot make all of these dates then put your name on the waiting list and you will get early notification of the next course.
