Are you interested in finding out about new online communication tools and how they could support you in your work? 

We are currently running a Unified Comms Project which will result in a new communication platform – Skype for Business – being available to our staff, researchers and Ph.D. students.

Bringing Skype for Business to Strathclyde will enable people to:

• Have access to additional communication channels including audio, video and web conferencing
• Communicate more seamlessly with colleagues, Ph.D. students and external collaborators
• Participate in meetings when working remotely
• Manage their online presence, share their desktop or documents
• Use instant messaging for quick communications

This workshop is for anyone interested in Skype for Business and the benefits associated with unified communications.

The workshop will comprise of 3 parts:

• Small-group avtivities
• Skype for Business overview
• Questions & Answers
