Feeling ruff? The dogs are back and the University of Strathclyde Students' Association and Canine Concern Scotland would like to invite you to take a break to unwind with the help of some friendly Therapets.

Research has told us that there are therapeutic benefits found in the simple action of stroking a dog and it's so important to take some time to look after yourself at all times, but especially when stress is high.

There are very limited slots available and you must book in to one of the slots before you come along - this is to make sure that everyone gets a fair amount of time with the dogs and so that the dogs don't become overwhelmed! If you would like to book a slot, please visit this page and pick your slot.

For more information about Canine Concern Scotland and their valuable work, visit their website, Twitter or Facebook.  Therapets offers their services for free, but if you would like to make a donation to the charity, no matter how small or large, then you can do so on their JustGiving page.

PLEASE NOTE -

BBC Learning will be filming this event as part of a series they are producing on stress. They will ask all attendees to sign a standard release form, however if you would prefer not to be filmed, they will be happy to accommodate this.
