Target Audience: Leaders

Whether technology is an enabler or driver of change we cannot argue that we are all feeling effects of change at both a personal level and increasingly at a professional level.

Understanding this change is one thing, contextualising it into something meaningful and valuable for us and those around us is something else. This session aims to break down the reality of change that is around us – making it real, comprehensible, non-threatening and useful.

To start the journey towards technology optimism we must ask:

What is different about this era of change and how must we deal with this change differently to benefit from it the most?

How do we deal with the disruption of technology and data maturity that is being experienced across sectors and societies – including our own?

By the end of this session you will have:

  • Understanding the key areas and elements of change happening now and in the future
  • Introduction to digital leadership and how you can better lead in a digital age
  • Introduction to an approach and methodology for change that can help you take advantage and better achieve your needs in a digital age
