OSDU are hosting a number of sessions in the Learn to Live, Live to Learn, Lunchtime Series, where you can come along in your lunch hour and learn something new. The aim of the sessions would be 'finding your voice' and the enjoyment and general health benefits that come from that.

Alan Tavener is an experienced conductor of choirs ranging from open access groups for all, to his professional ensemble Cappella Nova. His postgraduate investigative research into the health and well-being benefits of group-singing underpins his approach both to choir direction, and to the facilitation of singing workshops available for anybody, without prerequisite.
