OSDU are hosting a number of sessions in the Learn to Live, Live to Learn, Lunchtime Series, where you can come along in your lunch hour and learn something new. The aim is of fitness yoga is to improve your suppleness, strength and posture.
The Centre for Sport and Recreation are delivering Fitness Yoga –this is an opportunity to come along and be guided through exercise that will help improve your suppleness, strength and posture, whilst relaxing the mind and leaving you with a feeling of total well-being.
There will be four individual Fitness Yoga session in the month on November - feel free to book on and if you enjoy your session you can book on another.
