This Skills Boost workshop from Information Services will help you to develop expertise in identifying materials which could fall into the fake news category. Attendees will explore methods which can be applied to analyse documents to determine their credibility, accuracy, reliability and trustworthiness. Various sources will be examined to apply these techniques during the workshop. A range of high-quality academic sources will be presented. 

Skills boost sessions are aimed at students, but staff are welcome to attend.
