This routine depicts the emotions of being in a deteriorating relationship. To the song ‘Love On The Brain’ by Rihanna you will learn how to convey pure emotion as well as learning a routine that is relatively sultry in movement. You will experience different stages of emotion in the routine with a mixture of hurt, anger and self love. People say that ‘dance is a therapy’ and you will definitely feel that way after this class. It’s a chance to relive of stresses and things playing on your mind as you wear your heart on your sleeve and pour your feelings into the performance. After this class you will feel replenished in yourself and should understand the key concepts of performance.
