Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Staff and Students
Exercises will be done both in standing positions or lying on mats and using specific Pilate’s exercises which will be aimed at improving strength, flexibility, muscle co-ordination, posture and balance.
The exercises are done slowly and precisely to improve body awareness of movement and can be modified to suit different people's needs.
Can be used as part of rehabilitation from injury back to fitness, or dealing with existing chronic conditions.
