PrerequisitesYou should complete the ADR - Setting SMART objective video. This 20 minute video will be of interest to all Staff who are involved in the ADR process as either a reviewer or reviewee. The video will look at the ADR process and how to set objectives for the ADR process. This is a myplace class, you can self-enrol by following the link
