The University has a new, external Employee Assistance Provider, PAM Assist, which will provide free, independent, confidential advice, information or counselling to Strathclyde staff. Support on a range of issues, from relationship difficulties to managing stress and mental health, can be accessed by phone, face-to-face or online, 24-hours a day, 365 days a-year.
