Moodle is the core online learning environment for the University, and it has been branded as Myplace at Strathclyde. This session provides an introduction to setting up a course using Myplace, and gives an overview of commonly used tools and features.
It will cover:
- Editing the page content
- Adding file and web resources to a course
- Creating and working with forums and assignments
- Managing the Myplace course

Prerequisites
This course assumes that you have beginner level IT skills, i.e. that you can use a mouse and keyboard and that you are confident with basic formatting, e.g. changing font, cutting and pasting, and saving files.You should already have attended IT Skills for Beginners, or have equivalent skills.
