If you have completed the course previously and are looking to complete refresher training please email safety.training@strath.ac.uk to have this set up. Refresher training should be completed every 3 years. 

After completing this course, leaners will be able to:

  • Know what stress is and how it can affect them
  • Identify their own responses to stress and notice them when they occur
  • Take steps to prevent stress from becoming a problem
  • Reduce and manage stress when it does occur
