Where & When?

The first meeting on the 16th October will start with a drop-in information session so come along if you think this may be for you!

In room 515 within the Graham Hills Building, Level 5, Every Tuesday 5.30-7pm starting from the 16th October. Sessions begin at 5.30 but feel free to come in from 5pm.

What?

Positive Minds is a 6-week programme which focuses on different topics each week including:

16th October - Week 1: Info session & Introductions, Social Contact and Implementation Intentions

23rd October - Week 2: Stress-Management

30th October - Week 3: Mornings and Sleep

6th November - Week 4: Food and Mood

13th November - Week 5: Activity, Exercise & Relaxation

20th November - Week 6: Positive Socialising

Who?

The sessions are open to any and all students who feel they may be struggling and could benefit from some support.
