Target Audience: SEES Staff - staff from other departments may participate if there is space

LGBT Youth's Charter offers organisations a comprehensive programme which enables them to make sure they are not only meeting legislative needs but also being as inclusive as possible. This training session will enable staff to:

• Build confidence and competence when addressing LGBT issues
• Promote the inclusion and integration of LGBT issues in day to day services and the working environment
• Create an awareness of the institution's own values and attitudes
• Develop good practice to promote inclusive and positive citizenship

Lunch will be provided.
