HKBU aspires to enhance world class interdisciplinary research that promises to influence public thinking and policy making. We are now recruiting 100 faculty members for positions from the level of Assistant Professor to Professor in the next few years, with research focus on our three key strategic areas:

 

  1. Creative Media and Practice: Film, graphics, literary arts, music, and visual/media arts
  2. Health and Drug Discovery: Chinese medicine, chemistry, microbiology, ageing, and physical education
  3. Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence: Fintech, data-journalism, data-healthcare, and digital humanities
