Target Audience: Undergraduate Selectors

This 90 minute seminar will provide undergraduate Selectors with an update on key Widening Access considerations for 2019 entry in advance of the January 15 UCAS deadline. In particular, the "guaranteed offer" for care experienced applicants will be covered.

Colleagues from RIO, responsible for Student Recruitment activity, will also update on their perspective regarding the sort of questions they are asked during school visits and Higher Education conventions, as well as the sort of advice they provide.

Both teams will also discuss the "pre application" enquiries which they receive from SHEP (Schools for Higher Education Programme) partners, pupils of which are entitled to be considered for a contextual offer at Strathclyde.
