Target Audience: All Staff
These briefing sessions are for all staff. The workshop will focus on the University’s Complaints Handling Procedure and staff's role in it. These sessions will run for a maximum of 90 mins and will consist of a briefing on the role of a Complaints Champion, the Complaints Handling Procedure, handling of frontline complaints and the mechanism for recording complaints. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
