Sir Philip Campbell, Editor in Chief of Springer Nature will deliver a lunchtime talk with a focus on healthy and unhealthy research cultures.

Participants will hear an introductory talk covering issues including those published in Nature with respect to healthy and unhealthy research cultures and also the responsibilities of lab leaders. This will allow discussions of different lab cultures from the persepctive of postgraduate and early career researchers.  

Lunch will be provided.
