Target Audience: Colleagues wishing to gain a coaching qualification and have responsibility for developing others.

6 x Workshops -  delivery will be face to face for the full programme.

Workshop 1: Models and Practice of the Effective Coach

Workshop 2: Models and Practice of the Effective Coach

Workshop 3: Models and Practice of the Effective Coach

Workshop 4: Models and Practice of the Effective Coach & Coaching Portfolio Introduction

 

Workshop 5: The Reflective Coach

  • Coaching practice: minimum of 18 hours with 2-3 individuals (to fulfil assessment requirements)
  • 1:1 Tutor support available
  • 1:1 coach supervision
  • Tutor support available through regular drop-in sessions
  •  Peer coaching practice takes place between sessions. All programme resources, e-learning modules and additional reading are available on the programme resource hub. The programme text book will be sent to you.
  • Included in the programme is 1:1 coach supervision with tutor support available at regular drop-in sessions.
  • Cost: contact provider for information about discounts available for Strathclyde staff
