To promote walking as a healthy and free mode of transport we host a social walking group every week that is open to everyone!

  • When is it?  Every Thursday 12pm to 1pm (Spring - Autumn)
  • Where is it?  We meet by the giant nappy pin in Rottenrow Gardens
  • What will I see?  The route will change most weeks but always aims for quieter streets and green space!

If you want to get a bit more active but are not sure how, or just want to get out of the office and stretch your legs during the work day, then our social walking group is for you!

Alternative Walks

We also host indoor walks during the winter when the weather gets a bit too cold or wet to be out for long. Email us at sustainability@strath.ac.uk to find out more and to join the mailing list for weekly updates.
