Day 1 Programme
- Background to the use of AI in organisations, and strength based/whole system approaches,
- Intro to Positive Psychology
- use of narrative, metaphor and story within AI
- The AI principles and their application
- The 5D cycle (Definition, Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny/Delivery)
Day 2 Programme
- The 5D cycle – continued……
- Generativity
- Introduction to ‘Reframing’ and how to use it in responding to challenges
- Developing appreciative questions
- Designing ‘appreciative interview/conversation’,
- SOAR – the strength based version of SWOT
- Appreciative facilitation and what supports positive learning.
- Examples of successful application in Organisational Development, health, & Centre of Learning from Excellence;
- AI for action research; co- designing practical applications in the workplace
