Dame Lesley Anne Glover is a Scottish biologist and academic. She was Professor of molecular biology and cell biology at the University of Aberdeen before being named Vice Principal for External Affairs and Dean for Europe. She served as Chief Scientific Adviser to the President of the European Commission from 2012 to 2014. In 2018 she joined the Principal's senior advisory team at the University of Strathclyde.

Prof. Eleanor Shaw is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Head of the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship. She joined the University in 2001, originally with the Department of Marketing before joining the HCE in 2012 and becoming Head in 2013. She sits on Foundation Scotland’s Impact and Innovation Committee, is a director of a Newcastle-based consultancy firm and holds a Research Associate position with the New Zealand Centre for Social Innovation at Massey University.

Dr Katherine Tant is a Strathclyde Chancellor’s Fellow in Mathematics and Statistics. In June 2018, she was awarded a 3 year EPSRC UKRI Innovation fellowship with industrial support provided by EDF, National Nuclear Laboratory, National Physical Laboratory, Onscale and Rolls Royce. Dr Tant is an active member of both the Continuum Mechanics and Industrial Mathematics research group, and the Centre of Ultrasonic Engineering at Strathclyde. She has been selected to take part in the 2020 cohort of the Homeward Bound programme, a ground-breaking, global leadership initiative, set against the backdrop of Antarctica, which aims to heighten the influence and impact of women in making decisions that shape our planet.
