Target Audience: For academics / researchers managing projects

This Project Management for Research and KE webinar will replace the original workshops scheduled for 13 and 14 May '20, and will have a modified format.  The programme will be delivered via a blended learning approach with the following components:

  • An initial webinar on the 13th  May (0930 – 1100)  to cover some core project management concepts. If you cannot attend the session will be recorded.
  • Access for you to a Moodle E-learning site (hosted on Moodlecloud and administered by MY Consultants) which will contain a series of learning materials (short videos coupled with structured activities) which will enable you to explore the concepts introduced in the initial overview webinar in more detail.  This content will cover all the learning which we would have covered in the workshop.
  • To demonstrate that you have completed the learning from the workshop you will be asked to complete a short reflective activity.

You will be able to work through the materials over the course of a month.  During this time you will be able to clarify questions through a discussion board.  The programme will finish with a short discussion based webinar 10th June - 9.30am until 10.30am .  For those of you who wish to complete the CMI qualification attached to the workshop you will have the opportunity to register for the qualification at this point as well – the learning materials will still be available for you when completing the assignment alongside further resources.
