Target Audience: All Leaders
Session 1 & Session 2
Synaptic Circle
This is the scientifically underpinned approach to leadership, cultural maturity and strong organizational development. Leaders walk away having evaluated their personal areas of strength and weakness, their teams and their organisation. They can refer to the model as a checklist to make substantial improvements over time. Leaders recognise the logic behind the components of great leadership, can see the science and invest time in strategizing how they can improve how things are done in their context.
Session 3
The Beautifully Simple Model that gets RESULTS
This model gives flexibility to achieve any result with the support of a framework. It focuses on two supporting approaches to make achieving the results far more likely. Capitalising on research from neuroscience and behavioural science. Simple in its structure; deep in its application. Users of this model recognise the effectiveness of a thorough approach with cutting edge insights.
The Scientific Formula
Organisations today need up to date information about how best to work with their people. The old school organisational designs and practices often aren’t backed up by modern science. To enhance output from people, the right structure and practices need to be in place.
Session 4
Behaviour change
- The embedding journey; from hot to cold
- Foundational awareness of hot and cold networks
- When to use each
- Moving from one to another
LANDSCAPE FOR
People’s behaviour is influenced by a range of factors. Most people are relatively unaware of how to effectively help change behaviours. This model helps people connect with powerful influencers and then strategically plan how to use them to create sustainable behaviour change.
Session 5
Neuroplasticity & The Habits Transfer Package (HTP)
Sharing the truth that an amazing property of the brain is it’s plasticity typically excites people. They realise that their brain, which controls their behaviour and results, can structurally change. Neuroplasticity is the mechanism behind learning new things, becoming more innovative and being capable of change. The HTP gives a practical process for embedding new habits. This tool is highly effective and inspires people to think more deeply about development.
Session 6
The Home-Grown Brain
Leaders need to have high self-awareness and recognise that they can develop. They are typically time pressured and desire the most improvements for the smallest investment of precious attention and time. That’s why we created a method of cross training for your brain – levelling up your internal environment. Cross training is a way of developing multiple skills and character traits for the minimum investment. The model was created through deep research. We looked at the top leadership skills that most organisations desire and at the cognitive mechanisms behind these skills and behaviours. We found the neural overlaps so you equip leaders to focus on strengthening that which will have the biggest impact.
