Ensuring Open Access to research publications and data has become an integral part of being a “digital scholar”. Participants of this course will be introduced to Open Access, will receive practical guidance on how best to ensure outputs are openly accessible and will be introduced to related issues surrounding research data management, the creation of data management plans (DMPs) and the sharing of datasets. The session will also briefly introduce related digital scholarship skills, essential to early career researchers and postgraduate research students alike.
