Target Audience: All Students and Staff

All of us, at some point or another, have experienced overwhelming anxiety. Whether you’re trying to rein in runaway thoughts at 3 am or you’re struggling to cope with escalating study demands, anxiety is always characterized by one thing:

"It pulls you out of the present moment"

This series of 4 workshops will help you understand more about your experience of anxiety and stress as well as developing your resilience through learning simple grounding exercises. The workshops are experiential and draw on neurobiology and somatic practices with plenty of practical tips and lightbulb moments.

You can keep your camera off and will not be expected to speak.

Please email the Disability and Wellbeing service disability-wellbeing@strath.ac.uk  and they will add you to the myplace class which has the zoom link to the programme.

Every Wednesday 11am to 12 noon
