Target Audience: Staff who are responsible for leading change or improvement initiatives and who want to deliver a meaningful Continuous Improvement Project.
The CI Practitioners Programme is a great way to meet like-minded colleagues from across the University and pick up improvement skills that you can use straight away. It will also support you to deliver a project that you can be proud of.
The CI Practitioners Programme consists of three core modules.
These are: CI Ideas; CI Tools and Delivery; and CI Leadership.

Each Module lasts approximately 3 hours and is very practical in nature, preparing you to be able to manage your own Continuous Improvement Project.

Prerequisites
It is requirement that you will be in a position to deliver and realise the benefits of your own Continuous Improvement Project with an appropriate senior sponsor. 1 on 1 coaching will be provided for you throughout your project to guide you through each stage.Useful Links
