Target Audience: All Staff
The briefing will focus on the new aspects of the revised Complaints Handling Procedure, implemented in 2021, and where it differs from the previous version. The session will run for a maximum of 60 minutes and will consist of a briefing with an opportunity to raise questions.
These sessions are not aimed at staff who wish to learn about the Complaints Handling Procedure from scratch and how to handle frontline complaints. Training for staff in this position will be launched shortly via MyPlace.
