Part of the Keeping well Teaching well series. 

In this session we will take some time to reflect on the relationship between humans, technology and our environments as an increasing amount of work and study taking place entirely online. We’ll explore the benefits and challenges of technology on our wellbeing and consider ways that we can consciously adapt our use of technology to enhance wellbeing.  This facilitated session will draw upon the experiences of participants and provide the opportunity to discuss and support conscious digital wellbeing.

  • Explore the benefits and challenges of technology for wellbeing
