Target Audience: Staff
A session to introduce “Resource Booker” and its associated Web/app interfaces and to discuss opportunities for its use across campus by students and staff. This software will replace the existing Web Room Bookings service and will be used for new areas such as the Learning and Teaching Building. The software itself allows real-time bookings of everything from rooms to desks and IT equipment. It will be integrated with the existing Timetabling stack and will also be used by Space Planning and forms part of a wider strategic project ( Unified Timetabling) that is tasked with implementing enhancements across this area for the University community.
