We will explore what is meant by, and the impact of, micro behaviours; discuss ‘real-life’ case studies; and explore practical tips to managing them.

During this session, we will cover;
1. Introduction to micro-behaviours
2. Case studies and discussion
3. Practical tips to addressing problematic behaviour
4. Questions
5. Support available and further resources

This session will enable staff to:
• Identify micro-behaviours and their impact on self, others and the wider workplace culture
• Reflect on their own biases and associated behaviours
• Build confidence and competence when addressing micro-behaviours and/or managing their impact
• Develop good practice to promote inclusive and positive professional relations
