3. Practical tips to addressing problematic behaviour

This session will enable staff to:
• Identify micro-behaviours and their impact on self, others and the wider workplace culture
• Reflect on their own biases and associated behaviours
• Build confidence and competence when addressing micro-behaviours and/or managing their impact
• Develop good practice to promote inclusive and positive professional relations
