A woman’s life cycle, like nature, flows through the seasons : Spring (puberty), Summer (womanhood), Autumn (perimenopause), Winter (menopause) emerging into Second Spring (post menopause).
All stages have their own unique gifts and challenges but even more so as we transition through perimenopause to post menopause. At this time some of us need a little encouragement and guidance to help us step into this empowering stage of life.
Yoga for Menopause and Wellbeing can help by offering yoga and movement practices to help reduce and alleviate symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, brain fog, heated emotions and sleep disturbance. These include breath work, qi gong, yoga poses and meditation to help you feel yourself again wherever you are on the menopause journey.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to begin, everyone welcome.
