The Library’s working definition of diversification/decolonisation refers to ‘recognizing, making visible and working to address the legacies that colonialism, empire, racism and patriarchy continue to have, and envisioning a world beyond these repressive structures’. How do we translate a strategic commitment into practical operational processes? Make sure you bring your answers to these questions!
