Our skills boost session will provide you with tips to boost your emotional wellbeing and mental health.
Please note: The main class will be 30 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for questions.
Please note: This will be an in-person class on campus.
- Feel more in control and get the most out of your studies, with these tips for improving your emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Learn techniques to maintain a work-life balance and keep things in perspective.
- Gain an awareness of self-help techniques and supports available to manage stress.
Skills boost sessions are aimed at students, but staff are welcome to attend.
