In-person event

In this series of 3 workshops, participants will use Advance HE’s Anti-Racist Curriculum (ARC) toolkit to begin planning anti-racist curricula and developing anti-racist approaches to teaching, learning and assessment in higher education.

The workshops will draw on research and case studies, as well as supporting participants with the practical application of anti-racist approaches to curriculum design, decolonisation, classroom management and language.

Above all, the workshops will be provide safe spaces for all participants to explore candidly issues about which they may feel uncomfortable and/or ill-equipped to respond to.

The workshops are part of a series, and it is anticipated that participants will attend each of the workshops within that series. If demand is particularly high, priority may be given to participants who can attend all of the sessions in the series.
