Osteoporosis is a progressive systemic skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and microarchitecture deterioration of bone tissue, leading to enhanced bone fragility and a consequent increase in fracture risk. This seminar will cover key points on lifestyle intervention as well as practical advice on exercise and movements for prevention of the disease.
- This seminar and workshop will take place at Strathclyde Sport in the SSPE Room
- This sessions is 40 minutes in length from 12:10-12:50
- You can come to the session in your work/study clothes
