Target Audience: Staff and Students

The session will include easy ways to decrease stress and techniques to boost mood including breathing and meditation exercises. No specific dress code, can be done seated in chair or on the floor. All welcome.

We will end the session with an informal discussion on how best Strathclyde Sport can assist supporting the transition towards, through and beyond Menopause.
