Is this course right for me?
Target Audience: Staff and Students
These sessions will take you through the principles and techniques of basic weightlifting moves. Based in the Strength and conditioning zone of the Gym they will help build your confidence in your ability to weightlift and gain the benefits that weight training brings.
Please wear loose fitting clothing and trainer type shoes.
You can attend as a one of or as many sessions as you like however please note that you can only have one active booking at a time. You will be able to book on after attendance has been updated.
Charge for non-members of Strathclyde Sport is £5.80
