Target Audience: Managers and Supervisors

Last month, SHaW and OSDU ran the first of a series of Wellbeing Conversations looking at the topic of resilience. The event was well received by all who attended with some really positive feedback linked to the conversational style of the session and how this supported the sharing of knowledge and experience between all who attended.

This second conversation of the series will take a look at belonging. The conversation will explore the link between belonging and wellbeing and look to increase your understanding of the power that comes from having a sense of belonging. The session is being run by Kevin Donovan our Workplace Health and Wellbeing Manager and Valerie Ketolainen from OSDU who will guide the discussion by looking at the research behind the power of belonging, what belonging means to you and how a sense of belonging in the workplace is vital to your overall wellbeing.

These sessions are conversational in style with the opportunity to share experience and learn from colleagues in a practical, fun and informal setting. These conversations are part of a fresh and innovative series of events designed to support managers throughout the year.
