Target Audience: Students on STAR Scholar Sport Pilot Project
Fitness Consultations are designed to help you find ways of starting to add activity into your lifestyle along with modifiying other lifestyle factors. They are one to one appointments with one of our Health & Fitness Coaches and may involve some activity so wear appropriate clothing and traines. You will recieve a starter exercise programme based on your identifed goals.
